First American Deputy Chief Economist Odeta Kushi was interviewed on Nightly Business Report last week and discussed the record-setting economic expansion and the health of the housing market in 2019.

“The housing market has made some significant gains, especially in house prices, but the issue really has been a lack of inventory. People are not moving from their homes and it’s really tough to buy what’s not for sale.”
