First American’s Volunteer Spotlight program recognizes employees who are active in their communities. Each month, employees record their volunteer hours, and one employee is selected at random to receive a donation to the charity of their choice.
Twenty-two of First American’s interns participated in a three-day event at the Santa Ana Habitat for Humanity ReStore, spending their afternoons assisting both staff and customers and logging a total of 88 individual volunteer hours.

Recently, First American’s Boston-based National Commercial Services (NCS) team participated in its annual Up & Out event. Up & Out is one of many programs offered by Heading Home, a non-profit organization that provides emergency, transitional, and permanent housing to families in the New England area.
