Northwest Land Park developers sketch plans for second phase

Sacramento Business Journal

From the article:

The developers of infill redevelopment project Northwest Land Park have submitted an application for the project's second phase, including up to 190 units on less than three acres.

The application doesn't specify how many would be single-family homes.

The application also calls for a mixed-use lot for retail, involving a new use for an existing 39,500-square-foot warehouse building on a lot of 2.48 acres. The application lists the building as having standard retail hours of 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. but does not describe the type of store expected. It also does not say what other use besides retail the developers envision.

Representatives for developers Ranch Capital LLC have said the redeveloped warehouse would be home to a "public market" concept.
