Council Sends Trumark Plan to Early Stage Review

The Dublin City Council voted 3-2 to start a general plan amendment (GPA) study that would determine the effects of expanding residential density and shrinking commercial space on a 54-acre site north of the intersection of Dublin Boulevard and Tassajara Road. The area is sometimes referenced as the DiManto property.

Councilmembers Kevin Hart, Doreen Wehrenberg, and Don Biddle voted at the May 19 meeting to have staff begin the study. Mayor David Haubert and Vice-mayor Abe Gupta voted against it.
