Trumark Homes is taking a huge bite out of Dublin by taking over a 184-acre property where the developer plans to build more than 800 homes.
The Wallis Ranch site, on the eastern side of Dublin, is the last remaining subdivision in Dublin, a city that has experienced a housing boom in the past few years.
Trumark and investment partners, Isles Ranch Partners LLC and Castlelake LP, are in contract to buy the land from Lin Family & Jim Tong with Charter Properties.
“There are not many times in your career when you find a great jewel of property, and Wallis Ranch is one of those,” said Michael Maples, principal and co-founder of Trumark Cos. “There aren’t too many development opportunities left in the Bay Area and there’s such a buyer demand for single-family detached homes.”
