A large Silicon Valley retail center that's considered one of the best redevelopment opportunities in Santa Clara County is coming up for sale for the first time in 60 years.
Cambrian Park Plaza, a 17-acre, 1950s-era complex at the corner of Camden and Union Avenues, just outside the San Jose city limits, just hit the market.
The center, known for its cheeky (but beloved) revolving carousel monument sign, has been in the same family since it was built in 1953. "But some of them have passed away, and the families came to a decision to sell the property," said Jim Roessler of Roessler Investment Group, who is marketing the center.
