From the article:
In an ongoing sign of new interest in the moratorium-bound Natomas area, a developer has submitted a proposal to the city to build 530 homes along Interstate 80, northeast of Natomas High School.
Called ParkeBridge, the project would be split between 388 single-family homes and 142 condominium units, the latter concentrated in the eastern half of the neighborhood.
The total property is 90.5 acres, with a listed address of 3800 Fong Ranch Road, which would need to be extended to reach the main entrance to the subdivision. Though a portion of it would back up to I-80, the proposal does not suggest direct freeway access.
Rick Langdon of West Coast Housing Partners in Visalia is listed as the project applicant
