A high-end housing project centered around a golf course in the Placer County foothills is moving forward on development of remaining homesites with a new owner formally taking over and making plans.
At a launch party last week, representatives of Colorado-based Real Capital Solutions said the Winchester Country Club in Meadow Vista still has 136 sites within it for homes to be built, and Mandarich Developments will be responsible for designing possible homes to go on them.
