From the article:
Nat Bosa is anxious to start work on his next Mission Bay project.
With the 239-unit Madrone sold out in record time — the project averaged 20 units a month — Bosa has started driving indicator piles on Block 12 East, a site along Mission Creek that is entitled for about 300 units. Bosa said they have knocked down a small storage building that was on the parcel and is looking to get a site permit in the next month.
The project is being designed by Christos Dikeakos Architects. Bosa has not hired a contractor yet.
Bosa said the units would be larger than Madrone — and more expensive.
