Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc. has completed the sale of hundreds of acres intended for future development as Folsom grows south of Highway 50.
Escrow ended Sunday for 566 acres known as “Hillsborough.” The seller was an arm of the Rancho Cordova-based rocket maker and the buyer was real estate investment firm WestLand Capital Partners.
